Governor Cuomo announced today thatNew York State will allow wedding receptions with up to 150 people, as long as all attendees get tested for COVID-19 beforehand. Starting March 15 guest count is upped to 150 people, or 50% of the reception venue’s capacity, whichever is smaller.
